I had the pleasure of working closely with Tatiana on my other design-and-build projects, so I entrusted her with my new apartment with no hesitation. I felt absolutely confident that all the design decisions would be well-thought-out, and that Tatiana would do everything perfectly and flawless.

The new window openings' shape and size in the living room totally transformed the apartment. Another bright idea was making the most out of space by combining the kitchen and workspace and utilizing a combined countertop placed by the window. Partial use of existing rough surfaces of ceilings and walls sets a modern industrial loft style look, while integrating warm brick red with gentle blue tones make this design stand out.

It's a rare treat to work with not just someone calling themselves a designer, but with a person with impeccable taste, deep knowledge of materials, finishes and furnishing, and high proficiency in architectural tools. I feel so cozy and comfy in my new space, the colors and textures we have chosen really capture my preferences and nature.

One of the eye-catching interior features that turned out to be functional and convenient is little constellation-like lights. They were intended for decoration, but they also turned out to be great for creating a welcoming evening lighting scenario. The two-level kitchen island is very handy as well, it allows cooking on one level without getting in the way of people working on their laptop at the other level.

Working with Tatiana was a real pleasure. I deeply enjoyed our mutual understanding and agreement on design choices. I would definitely highlight her impeccable taste, proficiency, creativity and knowledge of trends. Tatiana is super responsible, which made me feel confident that everything was taken care of. We accomplished our remodel project in an incredibly speedy 3 months (with a newborn baby in the mix), and we couldn't be happier with the amazing outcome. Working with Tatiana was a dream! She was very attentive and responsive to all our needs, selecting finishes and furniture from the in-stock options and within our budget.

We were delighted with the idea of installing radiator screens in the living room. Not only was it cost-effective, but also successfully disguised the unsightly radiators. The entrance hall also underwent a transformation when a portal was added to the living room, allowing for larger built-in closets as well as making a grand statement.

Each room features its own color highlight (mustard, blue and terracotta) that brings life and energy into the home even on dull winter days. The end result is an apartment that is both comfortable and stylish; a true reflection of us!
