MININA DESIGN

Ozerkovskaya Waterfront

Penthouse, 2017

Interior Design: Tatyana Minina, Olesya Sitnikova

Partnership with ArchPredmet Interior Studio
The objective of the design project was to transform a 3-level top-floors apartment in a newly built high-rise into a luxurious penthouse.

The first level is intended for hosting guests and has a contrasting color scheme, while the second level is a private master suite with a soft, nuanced palette. After considering eight layout options for the master bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom, we settled on the one where the rooms are arranged along the window, creating a stunning "gallery" with beautiful views, where one passes from the bedroom through the dressing room to the bathroom.

The interior is characterized by a wealth of custom-made items by craftsmen in Russia and Italy, as well as opulent finishes. Lace shutters provide both comfort and beauty, and this pattern is present throughout the space in various scales, visually connecting the three floors.
