Given it's convenient location close by the Moscow State University, this 43 m² rental apartment was designed with a student or a young couple in mind.
To appeal to this demographic, bold and bright colors were chosen, such as a blue poured floor and terracotta walls and ceiling.
The apartment features many practical design decisions, maximizing the use of space. The low bed on a podium easily converts the bedroom into part of the living room with a curtain dividing the two spaces. The kitchen's granite countertop extends to the windowsill, making it an ideal work/study spot with a spacious bookshelf located to the left.
Despite its compact size of only 43 m², the apartment offers a fully-equipped walk-in closet at the entrance and a large closet in the hallway. A separate laundry room makes it easy to wash, dry, and iron clothes, while keeping household items out of sight.
