MININA DESIGN

Gilyarovskogo

Penthouse, 2016

Interior Design: Tatyana Minina, Oksana Yuryeva
Photography: Sergey Ananyev
The objective of this interior design project was to create a unique space for a married couple with two teenage daughters who purchased a two-level penthouse in a residential club house in Moscow. The project needed to be distinctive in both architectural and design aspects.

The interior design features a fusion style, with the first floor boasting a white stone floor, abundance of glass, and furniture and decor with an Art Deco influence. The second floor contrasts with the first with its wooden finishes, concrete ceiling, and elements of loft and grunge styles.

Contemporary art objects are a significant aspect of the project, as the clients brought them back themselves from their travels around the world. These art pieces hold sentimental value and serve as reminders of travels and cherished memories, with each item given its own significant place in the space.
